A girl with long and blonde hair was stuck up with her aunt who made potions and a pretty girl faced so many hardships because of her stepmother.

Peeper and the Peeping Boy:

Target age: 7 to 14

Publisher: Crimson Cloak Publishing Group ( A traditional American Publisher)

About the book:
Akram is a nosy little boy. His friend Peeper is a Jinn, banished from his home among demons for his tendency to empathy and kindness. Both are shocked at the injustices of the world and wish to right wrongs. Together they spy upon neighbours in Akram’s street and discover sadness and trouble behind the closed doors of the various houses. They use Peeper’s special powers to help, but their efforts result in an uproar, and they pray for things to be set right.

A charming story of concern for others and the world, Peeper and the Peeping Boy shows the dangers of being too nosy and the danger of making hasty judgments without knowing both sides of a situation. It teaches the wisdom of informed action and shows that even the worst of people can be led into a better path.

2018 in a Glimpse

December 13, 2018 By Ayesha Marfani-Muslim Author 1 Comment

2018 is coming to an end. It was a busy year for me. A lot of things happened this year.

I got five children books published.

The sales of my books reached the figure of 700 copies. ( For me it is an achievement)

A lot of public and school libraries added my books to their libraries.

I conducted many story telling sessions during the last three months.

I met amazing people.

I inspired many kids to write.

I gained reviews from many popular bloggers and literature fanatics in Pakistan including The Pakistani Woman The Archi Effect Noon Memes ( she mentioned my work in a post) @blabbers view point The Average Mommy (she reviewed my books in her group) @the eastern mommy @for a cause @the Pakistani literature page Sam Mubz @she and books (Almas Mustaqeem) @mama.ashu and many others.

I launched my first local title.

I got reviews from 70/ of my readers.

I started to write Urdu stories.

I achieved many academics achievements.

This story of my achievements and success seems so powerful and glittery but behind the scene moments were hard.

Managing a lot of public and privates task was tough.

I met some toxic people that had the ability of draining all the high spirits and energies by saying just two sentences. (They were few but they had an impact)

Criticism that wasn’t constructive in the sense that the words sapped me and were harsh. Nothing in them told me that the person wants to improve my work.

Tiredness

Broken Promises

But then I told myself:

My work isn’t be perfect ( nothing is perfect in this world ) but it has inspired the mass.

It was not 100/ for the people but I put in 100/ and I believe it was 80/ for most of them.

Everything in the world improves with the time and I will also improve and develop.

My job is to try rest lies in the hand of Allah Almighty.

Those who criticized me for not being 100 percent perfect, I imagine them in my heart and say:

Why don’t you do what I have done and I will see how perfect you will do it. Try and just get one of your book published and I will see how you do it.

Life will soon come to an end. I don’t want to die without trying and making an impact. I wish to leave a legacy behind. I won’t be a perfect writer but I will be the one taking many first steps.

My message for the new year: Please be very careful when using words. They have a deep impact.

A secret about me: I just love to stare to at creations with love and affection.

A true story about a Fiction tale

July 17, 2018 By Ayesha Marfani-Muslim Author 1 Comment

I want to tell you a story.

Ahmad sat crosslegged gazing intently to the black outlines on the paper. A lot of stuff was spread all around him containing glittered sheets and toddler pants.

His mother lovingly sketched the outline of what looked like a princess.  His strong imagination tolerated all imperfection in the picture and he believed it was a princess despite its rough edges and disappointing drawing.

The weirdest thing was the crown that seemed very big yet it fascinated Ahmad and he decorated it with the material he found suitable.

After decorating the princess with the ordinary things that showed his love for the ordinary things, the paper laid there drying yet the author inside his mom attended to this unique character again and again and the voice told her that this is going to be the next character after “Miss Never Pleased”, “I am truth”, “Peeper” and the “Peeping boy.”

Together they named their creation “big crowned princess” and then they knew that the princess loved ordinary things. The picture became an inspiration and then she came up with a lot of ideas.  She transformed one of the ideas into a story.

Ahmad’s mom had a friend who lived miles away. Her name was Carrie Aulenbacher. Their love of writing brought them together. She shared her work as per her habit with the amazing writing friend who loved the story and the idea and sent the feedback as follows:

It brings tears to my eyes

This is a really powerful tale.  It would be a great story with an amazing lesson.  Don’t just judge a person based on how they look.  Don’t judge what they find precious.  Don’t judge where they see beauty.

Your story has moved me greatly.

Then this story reached Crimson Cloak Publishing USA. They also loved it and soon it was made into a beautiful picture book. Alison Wood did magic with her illustrating capabilities and now I am finally revealing the cover of the book that will be launched on 14th August.

Every Cover tells a Story…

January 4, 2018 By Ayesha Marfani-Muslim Author 2 Comments

This children book cover tells a story…

The three shadows have weird names.

One of them says, “I am all lie.”

The second introduces himself as, “I am half-truth.”

The third thinks,” He is all truth.”

I am not going to tell you in specific to whom the shadows belong. You can make your guess or wait until the book is launched.

Have you ever seen a tree which grows three kinds of fruits but all of them are poisonous in different situations and must not be eaten without thinking?

I won’t tell you why they are poisonous. You must wait for the book or you can guess.

The color black seems surprising in the blazing sun. This color shows that the cause of darkness is not the night or the thunder which raises a question; Why does a tree look so black in the blazing sun and clear blue sky?

Because it is the natural color if the tree.

Stay connected to know more about these characters.
